• Birthday Parties: Book at least 2 months in advance to secure your spot.

• Holiday Parties: Reserve your date 1 month ahead of time.

• Outdoor Movie Nights: Plan at least 3 weeks in advance for the perfect movie setup.

There must be electrical plugs available for the equipment to be operable. There must also be a flat surface free of sharp debris, available to set the equipment up on.

There must be chaperones present for any event or party where the attendees will be under the age of 18, where our equipment is onsite, for the whole duration of the event.

There is also a $50.00 non refundable booking fee. This fee will be applied to the total booking cost at final payment. For booking, half the amount of service fee will be needed prior to the event. Other half will need to be paid once IC staff arrive at party location. This will need to be paid before setup.

In the event of inclement weather (extreme rain, heavy snow, very windy) the event must be canceled or re-scheduled. If a staff member is onsite with our equipment and inclement weather starts to arise, the staff member has the authority (for safety reasons) to stop preforming services at the event. If the event did not go past 2 hours the customer can get a refund, minus $30.00 handling fee, and $50.00 transportation fee. Also the $50.00 booking fee is non-refundable.
